1. Operator and scope
These terms govern use of the onlinedata.tv website, including the guest application form, the contact form and the guest area. The site is operated by Blockchain Zoo Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore (UEN 201725312E), 230 Victoria Street, #15-01A22 Bugis Junction, Singapore 188024 ("we", "us"). The podcast is hosted by Roberto Capodieci and sponsored by CT-3. CT-3 is not a party to these terms, and nothing here creates an agreement between a visitor and CT-3.
2. Using the site
Use the site lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, circumvent access controls or rate limits, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or submit fraudulent applications. Ordinary browsing, sharing links, and lawful quotation remain subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
3. Editorial content
The podcast addresses decentralized storage, blockchain infrastructure, privacy, and data ownership. Content is provided for general information and discussion, not individualized legal, investment, financial, security, or other professional advice. Evaluate technical claims and seek qualified advice where needed. Episode pages, guest profiles and schedules describe the show as published at the time; they are not a commitment to future episodes, guests or release dates.
4. Guest applications
Provide accurate information and only material you are entitled to share. You must be an adult able to consent to participation. An application does not guarantee selection, an interview, publication, payment, promotion, or any particular response time. Submitting the form permits us to review it and to contact you about it; it does not grant a right to publish your likeness, biography, or recordings. That right is granted separately through the Guest Release Terms.
5. Recording and publication permissions
Participation in a recorded episode is governed by the Guest Release Terms, which a guest accepts online before recording. They cover recording consent, editing, distribution, publicity, attribution and the use of excerpts. These website terms are not a substitute for that release, and an application alone is not an authorization to record or publish a person.
6. Your submissions and confidential information
You keep the rights you have in the material you submit. You permit us and our service providers to process it in order to evaluate and respond to your application, in line with the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Do not submit trade secrets or material covered by a confidentiality obligation unless we have agreed to suitable terms separately. Do not submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
7. Site content and intellectual property
Rights in the website content, branding, artwork, recordings, and other materials belong to Blockchain Zoo Pte. Ltd. or to their respective rights holders. Access does not transfer ownership or grant a general commercial reuse licence. You may link to public pages and use content as permitted by law. Obtain permission for uses that require a licence, including substantial republication, commercial redistribution, or use of branding that implies endorsement. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.
8. Sponsor disclosure and independence
CT-3 financially sponsors the podcast and the sponsorship is disclosed on the site. A sponsor mention is not a guarantee of any product, investment, technology, or business outcome. Editorial decisions about topics, guests and content are made by the show's producers. Guest views are those of their speakers unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. Links and third-party services
External sites, hosting, email services, video and podcast platforms have their own terms. A link does not promise that an external service is accurate, safe, continuously available, or endorsed beyond the stated relationship.
10. Availability and corrections
We may update content, correct errors, change features, or temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, or other legitimate reasons. Content can become outdated. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or any particular outcome. Changes remain subject to applicable law and any separate binding commitments.
11. Responsibility and legal limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its informational content are provided as available, without additional warranties. To the same extent, Blockchain Zoo Pte. Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
12. Misuse and access restrictions
We may restrict abusive or unlawful use, investigate security incidents, preserve information where legally justified, and respond to valid legal process. Restrictions are applied proportionately and in line with applicable law. They do not cancel rights or obligations that survive under law or a separate agreement.
13. Privacy
The Privacy Policy describes what personal data the site collects, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept and the rights you have under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
14. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Before starting proceedings, please write to us so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
15. Changes, severability, and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and material changes will be announced on the site.
