Online Data TV is operated by Blockchain Zoo Private Limited, a company registered in Singapore ("we", "us"). This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect and why
- Guest applications. Name, email, phone, company, role, links, biography, topic proposal, time zone, and any photo or media kit you upload. We use it to evaluate your application, schedule and produce an episode, and publish your public profile if you appear on the show.
- Contact form. Name, email, subject and message, used to reply to you. The message is only delivered after you confirm your email address.
- Guest release. When you accept the guest release terms we record your typed name, the time, your IP address and browser identifier, and the version of the terms, as evidence of acceptance.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider and Cloudflare process IP addresses and request logs for security and to keep the site running. We keep server logs for thirty days.
- Login codes. When you log in to the guest area we send a one-time code to your email address and keep a record of the request.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising trackers. Video embeds are served from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain and audio is streamed from our own server.
Who we share data with
Service providers who process data for us: our hosting provider, Cloudflare (content delivery and security), our email delivery provider, and YouTube and podcast platforms when an episode is published. Published episodes, including your name, photo and biography as a guest, are public.
Retention
Applications that do not lead to an episode are deleted after twelve months. Guest records and release acceptances are kept for as long as the episode is published and for seven years afterwards. Contact messages are kept for twelve months.
Your rights
You may ask for access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by writing to the contact address below. We will respond within thirty days. Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot proceed with an application or must take down a guest profile.
